By Laura Contemori – ROME (Econostream) – French telecommunications group Iliad on Wednesday priced €650 million of senior unsecured notes due October 15, 2031.
The unsubordinated Reg S bearer dematerialized notes carry a 4.125% annual coupon and were priced at 112.8bp over mid-swaps. The deal was reoffered at a price of 99.977 for a yield of 4.125%.
BBVA, Helaba, ING, MUFG, RBC Capital Markets, Santander, SMBC and Société Générale acted as active bookrunners.
Settlement is scheduled for July 22, 2026.
